Stack it and Move it!

How do you stack up? Test your hand-eye coordination, concentration, quickness and bilateral proficiency through the sport of cup stacking. Stacking involves speed and patterns which helps to train your brain for sports and other activities where the use of both hands is important. Test your agility by dribbling a basketball two-handed 30 times, followed by dribbling one handed 50 times in under a minute! What about speed-rope jumping 30 jumps or doing double-unders? Your heart will be racing to start the next challenge!
